How a hoodie gets onto this site, what we check, and how we fix it when we get something wrong.

Where listings come from
We list creators' own stores and licensed retailers. A store is added by us, at a creator's request, or by our discovery process, which only adds a store on its own when the creator's public profile links to the store and the store links back to the creator. Anything less certain waits for a person to check it.
What we check
- It is a hoodie. Word rules decide most products; when they can't, a language model looks at the title and photo. T-shirts, mugs and other merch are left out.
- Its fandom. A second model names the anime, game or character a hoodie is about, so it shows up on the right pages. These tags can be wrong; tell us and we fix them.
- It is the same product. When several stores sell one hoodie (matched by barcode or by image), it appears once, with each store as a place to buy it. When one of them is the creator's own store, that listing is the one we show.
Prices and stock
Prices and sizes in stock are read from each store at least once a day, and the time of the last check is kept with every price. Amazon prices come only from Amazon's own product data. The price at the store's checkout is always the one that applies.
Text on product pages
Product names and descriptions come from the store that sells the hoodie. Where we add our own text, it is written to describe the hoodie factually, checked against the store's listing, and never invents materials, sizes or claims the store does not make.
Money and independence
Some buy links earn a commission and are labelled “Ad”. Commission never decides whether a hoodie is listed or where it appears in results; see the affiliate disclosure.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, gone or infringing, report it and we act within one working day. Creators can claim their store to correct listings, choose how links are routed, or opt out entirely.
