Affiliate disclosure

How hoodies.gg makes money, in plain words.

Last updated October 2026

hoodies.gg is free to use. Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you click one and buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay.

Every affiliate link is labelled “Ad” on the button you click. Links to creators' own stores are usually not affiliate links and are not labelled.

Where a click goes

Each buy button points at our own redirect first. It counts the click, then picks one place to send you: the creator's own store unless the creator has allowed affiliate links and we have verified that the affiliate listing is the same product. When more than one verified listing exists, it picks the one likely to earn the most. If we turn on a catch-all programme (such as Skimlinks), a store link may also go out through it, but only where the creator allows affiliate links; the figure shows the bench without one.

Ad

One token is one click on a buy buttonChutes: creator store, Amazon, AwinEvery click is counted on its way in, then the points send it to one chute. The four cases are real runs of the code behind our buy buttons: creator opted out, creator store; match not verified, creator store; verified on awin, Awin; amazon only, Amazon. Only the Amazon and Awin chutes pass the stamp that marks a link Ad.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon prices shown here come from Amazon's own data and were correct at the time shown on the page; the price at checkout is the one that applies.

What affiliate money does not do

  • It does not decide what gets listed. Listings come from our crawler and classifier, not from who pays.
  • It does not reorder results in favour of a retailer. Sorting is by date, price or relevance.
  • It does not change what a creator receives when you buy from their store.
